Turning Wheel Holdings, Inc. (www.turningwheelrv.com), one of the largest recreational vehicle (“RV”) dealerships in the Southeast, announced today that it completed a merger transaction with Past & Present Video, Inc. (”PPVI”). The transaction was completed as a reverse merger in which Turning Wheel became a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPVI and the shareholders of Turning Wheel acquired a 97.5% interest in PPVI on a fully diluted basis (including shares reserved for issuance upon conversion or exercise of existing Turning Wheel preferred stock and warrants).
